How to Cancel Your VinSeeker Subscription: Three Ways to Do It

· 2 min read

Cancel through your account dashboard

The quickest way to cancel is through your VinSeeker account. You do not need a password.

  1. Go to the VinSeeker login page.
  2. Enter the email address you used when placing your order.
  3. Check your inbox for a one-time login code.
  4. Enter the code to access your account dashboard.
  5. Open the subscription or billing section.
  6. Select the option to cancel your subscription and follow the on-screen steps.

If you do not receive the login code, check your spam or promotions folders before requesting another.

Cancel by phone

You can cancel by calling the customer support number included in your order confirmation email.

Have your order ID available so the support team can locate your account. Your order ID can be found near the top of your confirmation email.

The support agent may also ask you to confirm the email address or payment method associated with your account.

Cancel by email

You can request cancellation by emailing support@vinseeker.com.

Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your VinSeeker account. Include:

  • Your order ID
  • The email address used when placing the order
  • The last four digits of the payment card or the email address associated with PayPal
  • A clear request to cancel your subscription

Finding your account information

Your order confirmation email contains the information needed to identify your account, including your order ID and customer support details.

If you cannot find the email, search your inbox for VinSeeker and check your spam, archived, and deleted folders.

Requesting a refund

Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.

To ask about a recent charge or request a refund, contact VinSeeker support with your order ID, the date of the charge, and the amount charged.

Please contact support before disputing a payment with your bank or card provider. Opening a dispute can delay the process and may prevent us from issuing a direct refund while the dispute is being reviewed.
